Do you still meditate every day?

I do, for at least 15 minutes or so a day. Meditating boosts my focus and enables me to come face-to-face with my inner self, which in turn allows me to pick up on subtle changes or abnormalities. If something’s bothering me, being able to go over it thoroughly in my mind while meditating and cleanse myself. It also helps me avoid feeling in a funk. I don’t have as many intrusive thoughts of stuff, either, so meditation has really saved me in a big way.
