Originally from London and currently based in Brighton, K-LONE is a project by the music producer Josiah Gladwell. Beyond establishing the label Wisdom Teeth in 2014 with his close childhood friend Facta, he has also continued to release his own EPs. Such as In the Dust from the spirited producer Parris’s label Soundman Chronicles, Dance of the Vampires from the label Idle Hand, influential in the Bristol bass scene, and Sine Language from his own label Wisdom Teeth. Through heavy base rooted in dubstep, he seamlessly fuses sound and rhythm across genres to give life to an ingenious feeling and groove, and building up through his releases he has developed his own realm. Seizing the opportunity in 2020, in his first album from Wisdom Teeth, Cape Cira, through the vibrant quality of his refined sound which transcends the digital he cultivated ever new terrain in his beautifully meditative soundscapes, and his freely transformative genius is garnering attention.
